Welcome to LanzaJet.com: The Launch of Our New Website

I recently visited LanzaJet Freedom Pines Fuels, our ethanol to Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF) biorefinery in Soperton, GA. Scheduled to come online early next year, it is the first and only ethanol to SAF plant in the world that will produce drop-in, sustainable fuels for aviation and ground transportation. When I take a look at the site in the Georgia sun, I think about the ingenuity and vision that went into the facility’s design, the hard work and diligence that went into its construction, and the support and backing of our investors and partners who helped its financing. So many people have worked together in the shared belief that we can accelerate the clean energy transition and help realize a sustainable future.
As CEO of LanzaJet, I’m proud to say that the opening of LanzaJet Freedom Pines Fuels in January will catalyze the global production of the next generation of SAF and bring us one step closer to decarbonizing aviation. Everything that we do is in service of that mission.
To keep progress moving forward, we are growing quickly as a company. We are also evolving our brand as an organization. Last month, we launched our new LanzaJet brand – which more fully represents our shared history and our shared vision of the future.
As part of that new brand, today, I’m excited to share our brand new LanzaJet website. LanzaJet.com reflects the evolution of our company and our technology, which ultimately started as a groundbreaking idea in a lab 13 years ago and now prepares for commercial deployment at LanzaJet Freedom Pines Fuels.
Since LanzaJet’s inception in 2020, our journey has been defined by foundation-building. We have laid the groundwork to scale the sustainable fuels industry, just as we physically laid the concrete for the world’s first Alcohol-to-Jet (ATJ) plant. Our ATJ technology is set to be the cornerstone of SAF production not only at our flagship facility in Georgia but multiple projects around the world.
What we have built and are building isn’t easy because it’s never been done before. Standing up a new clean energy industry requires thoughtful and committed teams, partners, and coalitions. It requires a foundational belief that innovation can decarbonize the planet and bend the curve on climate change. As construction of LanzaJet Freedom Pines Fuels nears completion, our company is stepping into a new chapter of growth and expansion that goes beyond the original foundation. The launch of our new website represents the turning of the page.
The first words you should see when visiting the LanzaJet.com homepage is our slogan, “Someday is Now.” It’s three words that serve as a reminder that the once far-off dream of emission-free aviation is no longer a dream. We have the solutions and the capacity to act now to create a cleaner future. I’m grateful for our team, our board, and our many partners for their dedication to this mission.
