Monica serves as Vice President, People at LanzaJet, where she leads the company’s global people strategy, organizational effectiveness initiatives, and culture evolution efforts. With more than two decades of human resources leadership, Monica brings a blend of strategic vision, operational excellence, and deep commitment to the employee experience. 

Monica began her career in financial services before transitioning into HR, a foundation that gives her a uniquely analytical and business‑forward approach to people strategy. Over the course of her career, Monica has worked across a diverse range of industries, including finance, business information services, healthcare, and manufacturing, equipping her with a broad, cross‑sector perspective on workforce dynamics and organizational performance. 

Monica has built and led high‑impact teams across talent acquisition, leadership and organizational development, employee relations, total rewards, and workforce planning. Her leadership is grounded in the belief that people are the engine of every successful organization — and that investing in them is one of the most powerful levers for sustainable growth.

Monica holds an MBA from Keller Graduate School of Management and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Northeastern Illinois University.

Monica and her husband, Kevin, have 2 adult children and are devoted fans of the Chicago Cubs and the Blackhawks.
